• Aditional persons £7 per night
• Awnings under 3mtrs  £1 per night (no groundsheets)
• Awnings over 3mtrs £2 per night (no groundsheets)
• 50% booking deposit
• Additional vehicles £5 per/day

We accept deposit payments by bank tranfer or cheque.

Airview Farm CL Terms and Conditions

Our aim is to provide a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all of our guests,unfortunately we have found it necessary to introduce Terms and Conditions to avoid any misunderstanding

This is an adult only site (17yrs>)

We only accept motorhomes  with a GTW of up to 3.5 tonnes.

To maintain the quiet atmosphere for all guests on the site we do not accept visitors.

Due to the damage to the grass caused by the use of groundsheets in awnings we do not allow any groundsheets to preserve the quality of the grass pitches for all. We supply a 1 x 1.5 mtr rubber grass mat for your use.

We welcome dogs (Up to two dogs please advice us if you wish to bring more) We ask that dogs are kept on leads both in the CL and on the adj footpaths. Please pick up after your dog and dispose of in the rubbish bin. Dogs must not be left unsupervised in caravans /motorhomes.

We can only dispose of your everyday rubbish. you must not leave other items such as old or broken items such as chairs or large amounts of packaging from items purchased.

Only biodegradable toilet chemicals to be used on site.

Arrival on site from 12-00 onwards  and departure by 11-30 am

The balance of your payment is payable 7 days prior to your arrival preferably by bank transfer.

All of the electric hook ups are individually metered and included in your pitch fee is, free reasonable use of electricity. If we deem your use excessive we reserve the right to make additional charge based on the meter readings. Please note that we do not have facilities for charging electric cars.

Cancellation Policy

If you make a booking, a contract exists between you and Airview Farm CL as soon as we have issued our confirmation for your booking.

Events such as vehicle breakdown, illness or inclement weather ect, which may result in delayed arrival or cancellation of your stay are not the responsibility of Airview Farm CL and therefore we advice you to seek appropriate holiday insurance to cover any possible losses.

If you cancel your booking more than 12 weeks days before your arrival date we will refund your deposit less a £20 admin fee.

If you cancel your booking between 7 days and 12 weeks before your arrival date then your deposit is not refunded.

If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before your arrival date then full payment of your booking is required.

On or after the arrival date no refunds will be made .e.g. if you choose to depart early.

Ammendments to bookings after payment are subject to an admin fee of £10

Please do not use Sat Nav as some local roads are restrictive.

Here's our advice.

From the South - Take the Ringwood and Salisbury turning off the A31 and take the A338 (signposted Salisbury, Fordingbridge). Continue for 2.5 miles and at Ibsley turn right into Mockbeggar Lane (signposted Mockbeggar). Site on Left in 0.5 mile.

From the North (via Salisbury) - From Fordingbridge continue for 3.5 miles and at Ibsley turn left into Mockbeggar Lane (signposted Mockbeggar). Site on Left in 0.5 mile. Look out for two tree stumps with refective triangles adj to the entrance.Plenty of room to pull in straight off the road.

Please remember to bring along an aerial lead to make use of the TV aerial  hook ups.

Please ensure that you make note of the entrance gate code that we will give you when we confirm your booking.

And finally in order to do our bit for the environment we do ask that only bio-degradable toilet chemicals be used. We do have them available on site to purchase.
